Last Saturday, 7-Eleven Malaysia launched it's first loyalty campaign, the limited Hello Kitty Charms Collection, at Berjaya Times Square. With the popularity of Hello Kitty at its peak in Malaysia, 7-Eleven Malaysia collaborated with TCC and Sanrio.Co. to create collectable charms giving loyal customers the opportunity to accessorize their jewelry by collecting 20 different Hello Kitty charm designs, exclusively at 7-Eleven Malaysia stores nationwide.

Yours truly was there to get a close up look at the adorable charms.
Even the pen and lucky draw sheet at the registration was Hello Kitty themed. How can I not like something like this? XD
There were plenty of exciting activities lined up such as a fashion show, face painting and flash mob performance featuring Hello Kitty theme to create more excitement for Hello Kitty fans present at the event. There was even a Pop Quiz challenge where participants who answered the question correctly the fastests would stand a chance to walk away with entrance tickets to Hello Kitty Town worth RM120 each.
While waiting I decided to check what was inside the goodies bag that I got. Lots of yummy snacks and some Hello Kitty products! I couldn't believe that I got 2 of the limited edition Hello Kitty charms too!
And Oh My Gosh! Even the booths were Hello Kitty themed. Felt so tempted to grab the frame and run away. XD There were lots of free samples (you know lah.. Malaysians love free samples). Great promotions too and some fun activities.
All the organisers had this pink Hello Kitty T-shirt which was really cute. Wish I could have gotten one too. =P
See these guys sitting in the front row wearing the PINK Hello Kitty T-Shirts? Yeah, they're from the Top Management of 7-Eleven Malaysia. LOL. Who says guys can't wear pink? ; )
And on to the fashion show...

After the Fashion Show, children were gathered to join in the fun by learning the dance moves and participating in the flash mob. After the flash mob, they each got one Hello Kitty charm. (Jealous!! >_<)
Remember the Pop Quiz I mentioned earlier? Sure must try right? Hehe... Luckily the questions I answered was "What is Hello Kitty's full name?". Easy right? Unless you were a Hello Kitty fan, you'd know that her name is actually 'Kitty White'.
After that it was more oogling at Hello Kitty stuff, the charms, checking out the activites, and grabbing snacks and free cotton candy while waiting for the Lucky Draw round. There were several Hello Kitty prizes to be given away, such as a plush toy and shopping bag, but what caught the eye of everyone there was the Swarovski Hello Kitty worth RM950. Sadly, I have no luck with lucky draws but I got lots of goodies anyway and had a great time.
Let's have a closer look at the stage with the enlarged Hello Kitty charm stickers placed by the models during the Fashion Show.
There were also models going around so that everyone could have a closer look at the charms.
Aren't the charms I got cute? Gotta collect them all! XD
